Instructions for Authors
The "2025 International Conference on Interdisciplinary Approach to Healthcare Science" welcomes high-quality submissions that contribute to the advancement of conference themes. Authors are encouraged to carefully read and follow the guidelines below to ensure a smooth conference process and publication.
Submission Guidelines
Abstract Submission:
• Maximum 300 words (excluding title, authors, and affiliations).
• Include background, objectives, methods, results, and conclusion.

Full Paper Submission (if applicable):
• Manuscript must be between 3000–6000 words, including references.
• Format in Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) or PDF.
• Use APA / IEEE / Vancouver referencing style. (choose one based on your field)
Formatting Requirements
• Language: All manuscripts must be written in English.
• Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt.
• Structure:
- o Title Page (with title, authors, affiliations, and corresponding author’s email)
- o Abstract (max 300 words)
- o Introduction
- o Experimental/Methods
- o Results and Discussion
- o Conclusions
- o References
Presentation Format
Authors must indicate their preference for:
• Oral Presentation
• Poster Presentation
• Virtual Presentation (if hybrid or online options are available).
Review Process
• All submissions will undergo peer review by the Conference Scientific Committee.
• Notification of acceptance will be sent within 15 days of submission deadline.
Publication Opportunities
Selected papers will be published in:
• Conference proceedings with ISBN
• Partnered journals (subject to peer-review)
• Edited book volumes.
